Field Cable Routing & Termination
We undertake complete routing, laying, glanding, and termination of LV, MV, and control cables — with BIM-coordinated routing plans and tagged wire schedules to ensure zero clash and clean commissioning.
Junction Box Installation & Loop Checking
We install weatherproof/stainless junction boxes and perform end-to-end loop checks using calibrated digital devices, ensuring continuity and function of all field signals up to control panels.
Instrument Erection & Calibration
We install pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments with bracket welding and cable tagging, followed by calibration using HART/Fieldbus communicators and test benches with certificate traceability.
Control & Distribution Panel Wiring
We wire MCC, PLC, DCS, and local control panels with DIN rail terminals, ferrule-tagged wires, and multi-core armoured cables — tested for continuity, insulation, and logic IO checks.
Lighting & Earthing System Installation
We install flameproof and weatherproof lighting systems, GI/FLP junction boxes, and grounding grids — as per marine classification or zone-rated offshore standards with lux level compliance.
PLC/SCADA Integration & IO Testing
We integrate field IO to PLC/DCS with pre-tested marshalling, functionally simulate logic, and support SCADA interfacing — including Modbus/Profibus/Profinet protocol commissioning.
Cold & Hot Loop Testing with Digital Logs
We perform loop tests using digital multi-meters and loop calibrators, documenting results in tablet-based forms and client-approved formats to streamline FAT/SAT and avoid paper-based rework.
Pre-Commissioning & Punch Clearance
We support full E&I pre-commissioning including meggering, functional logic tests, punch list closure, red-line markup updating, and handover document packs with pre-startup verification.
